Case decided<br \/>\nthe Public Trust Doctrine controls governmental dedications affecting<br \/>\nair, water, scenic beauty, and historic sites in North Dakota.<\/li>\n<li>Co-Founder of an alternative dispute resolution service called<br \/>\nthe North Dakota Christian Conciliation Service: Principles and<br \/>\npractices of this service were useful in obtaining dismissals<br \/>\nand pleas which minimized the disruption of lives of both victims<br \/>\nand perpetrators of rape, murder, sexual molestations, and burglary.<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"emphasis\">Diane Schwandt v. North Dakota Workers<br \/>\nCompensation Commission<\/span>, an abandoned litigation initiated<br \/>\nto assert claim of equal rights for an unmarried woman cohabiting<br \/>\nwith her significant other. Her companion, also her illegitimate<br \/>\nchildren\u2019s provider, was permanently injured at work. The<br \/>\ncommission denied her compensation for the value of essential<br \/>\ncare she provided her wounded companion. She was also denied loss<br \/>\nof companionship.
